Christopher Nolan is a big name in the world of Hollywood. His brother Jonathan Nolan, who was known for the screenplays he did for his brother, is now earning a new name in the world of TV Series. After the scintillating success of Person of Interest (2011-2016), Jonathan Nolan is back with Westworld.
It is loosely based on the 1973 film Westworld and we also have Michael Crichton who wrote and directed the 1973 movie, on board. The music is composed by Ramin Djawadi, the person behind the awesome tracks of the hit Game of Thrones. Background score is one of the biggest wins for this brilliant story.
Westworld packs really good suspense with plot twists aplenty. We also have J.J. Abrams who is known for marvels like Alias, Lost, Fringe, and the new Star Trek and Star Wars movies. Westworld has a real mind-boggling story, with awesome action and revelations. Top-notch acting by Evan Rachel Wood and Thandie Newton got them awards at the Critic’s Choice.
Season 1 ends at a jaw-dropping scene and places a lot of Easter eggs for next season which will be out in 2018. Now, what all we can expect from Season 2 of Westworld? We know that Ed Harris (Man in Black) is coming back for the next season, as has been announced by him. We also have seen enough proofs about the existence of multiple parks, hence can expect more light in that regard. And to quote Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Roy, “While season one of Westworld deals with control, season two is about what Ford wanted: chaos.”
P.S. There’s a wild fan theory that Anthony Hopkins (Dr. Robert Ford) will come back in a subsequent season (Westworld has been planned for five seasons).
Who do you think was the mystery body that was being constructed by Dr. Ford? Let us know in the comments!
